About Car Recovery Dubai

Our story

Car Recovery Dubai started the way most good recovery companies do — with one truck, one phone and a driver who kept getting called back because he did not damage anyone's car. That was more than twelve years ago. Dubai has changed enormously since then: more highways, deeper basements, far more supercars and a lot more people living far out in Dubailand and Dubai South. Our fleet grew to match the city rather than to match a business plan.

Today we run hydraulic flatbeds, wheel-lift trucks, compact low-clearance units for underground car parks, heavy-duty boom recovery trucks and dedicated desert 4x4s. Every unit was bought to solve a specific problem we kept meeting on real jobs: a car park with 1.9 metre clearance, a lowered GT with a 90 mm splitter, a Patrol buried to its axles in Al Qudra, a bike that could not be rolled onto a ramp.

Our mission

Our mission is simple and slightly unglamorous: make the worst part of someone's day shorter and cheaper than they feared. That means answering the phone in person, quoting one honest fixed price before we dispatch, arriving when we said we would, and returning the vehicle in exactly the condition we collected it. When a car can be fixed at the roadside for a fraction of a tow, we say so — even though the tow would earn us more.

We also believe recovery should be safe for everyone involved. Our crews are trained on scene protection, working near live traffic, hybrid and EV high-voltage systems, deployed airbags and correct lashing technique. In summer, when road surfaces exceed 60°C, that training is the difference between a routine job and someone getting hurt.

Experience and people

Between them, our operators have handled tens of thousands of UAE recoveries — breakdowns, collisions, floods after heavy rain, desert extractions, showroom deliveries and long inter-emirate transfers. Drivers are assessed on loading technique before they work unsupervised, and our team speaks English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi and Malayalam, so nobody stands at the roadside struggling to explain what happened.

We work daily with independent garages, insurance-approved body shops, luxury showrooms, detailing studios, rental companies and delivery fleets. That relationship is useful to you: when your car needs a workshop, we usually know one nearby that does that specific job well.

• Extended and low-angle flatbeds — with ramp extensions and cushion blocks for lowered and exotic vehicles.
• Wheel-lift trucks — for congested streets, tight ramps and short-distance moves.
• Low-clearance basement units and skates — for multi-storey and underground car parks.
• Heavy-duty boom and underlift recovery trucks — for large SUVs, pick-ups and light commercial vehicles.
• Desert recovery 4x4s — winch, kinetic rope, traction boards, compressor and full sand kit.
• Mobile roadside vans — jump packs, battery stock, tyre kit, fuel containers and diagnostic tools.

Coverage across Dubai

We cover every area of Dubai, 24 hours a day. Trucks are positioned around the city rather than run from a single depot, which is how we hold a 30 minute average arrival time in the main urban areas. Outlying and desert locations take longer, and we will tell you honestly on the phone what the realistic ETA is instead of promising something we cannot deliver.
